Allan Leinwand is an Operating Partner in the San Francisco office of JPMorgan Partners. Mr. Leinwand is a recognized expert in the fields of internetworking design and implementation. Prior to joining JPMP in 2004, he was President and Co-Founder of Proficient Networks. Before this role, Mr. Leinwand had served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice-President of Engineering for Telegis Networks and Digital Island. Earlier, he served as Manager of Consulting Engineering at Cisco Systems. Mr. Leinwand is the co-author of the books “Cisco Router Configuration” and “Network Management: A Practical Perspective” and instructs at the University of California-Berkeley as Adjunct Professor on the topics of computer networks, network management and network design. Mr. Leinwand holds a BSc degree in computer science from the University of Colorado. Mr. Leinwand currently serves on the board of directors of Affinity Internet, GreenField Networks and RouteLogics.
Frank Maddux brings substantial medical and business experience and knowledge to Gamewood as its founder. Holding a BA degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and an MD degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Maddux has functioned as a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, and has been a nephrologist at the Danville Urologic Clinic since 1989. He served as President and Chairman of the Danville Urologic Clinic from 1995 - 2004. He serves as a Director of American National Bank and Trust, Co. (NASDAQ:AMNB), Director of the Mid Atlantic Renal Coalition and Vice Chairman of the Trustees of Averett University.
Terry Ketchersid brings fifteen years of experience in the private practice of medicine from several diverse clinical settings. For nine years he has been a partner with the Danville Urologic Clinic, serving as the Clinic’s President and CEO for the past two years. Dr. Ketchersid is the Medical Director for the Halifax Regional Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. He received a BA in Chemistry from Austin College and an MD degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
Tony Tripodo is a Managing Director of Arch Creek Advisors LLC, a Houston based investment banking firm. He has served on the board of Cal Dive International since February 2003. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Tripodo was Executive Vice President of Veritas DGC, Inc., an international oilfield service company specializing in geophysical services. Prior to becoming Executive Vice President, he was President of Veritas DGC’s North and South American Group, which consists of four operating divisions: marine acquisition, processing, exploration services and multi-client data library. From 1997 to 2001, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Veritas. Previously, Mr. Tripodo served 16 years in various executive capacities with Baker Hughes, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of both the Baker Performance Chemicals and the Baker Oil Tools divisions. Mr. Tripodo also serves as a director of Petroleum Geo-Services, a Norwegian based oilfield services company. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree from St. Thomas University.
